Charles "Chub" Shenk

Growing up, my family owned an electrical contracting business, which I worked in since I was practically in elementary school. Through this experience, I acquired a lot of hands-on knowledge of construction and the foundation of houses. Around 1970, I started my real estate career and spent a few years helping families through the process before deciding to return to my family’s business. From there, I moved my way into a sales role for electrical manufacturers where I had the opportunity to travel and meet new people. It wasn’t until 2016 that I decided to re-focus my efforts in the local community and reinstated my real estate license in the hopes that I could continue serving the needs of my fellow neighbors.

I combine my background in sales, contracting and real estate to offer expert guidance to all of my clients. I enjoy having the opportunity to meet and interact with new people, developing strong, trusting relationships with everyone I serve. Providing a high level of customer service goes a long way in establishing confidence in my skills which, in turn, helps me better serve your needs. I have a strict attention to detail and am able to utilize my creative mindset to solve any issues quickly, efficiently and accurately. I love real estate because there is nothing more rewarding than seeing people’s dreams come true and knowing that you were there to help them achieve it.

Outside of my work as a REALTOR®, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Linda, and our family. Currently, we have two children, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Family is the most important part of my life, so I understand how impactful your home sale or purchase can be. In our free time, we enjoy spending time in Ocean City, MD for some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
